Thank you for visiting and shopping at Awesomeloofah. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
At the time of processing your purchase, you will show the available shipping cost, and the tax , on your order page.
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
The order cut-off time is 5 pm, in North Carolina time. Orders placed before the cut-off time will be processed the same day.
➣ SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We offer FREE domestic shipping on all orders from our warehouse to the following the United States. Shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days, though import and customs delays to specific destinations can extend shipping times beyond this window.
➣ Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Awesomeloofah is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
➣ Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
